Description

A simple and small extension to check all kind of records on MXtoolbox.
I created this because I need to check A and MX records often and this saves me time.

Usage:
Default the extension starts with a: (A record), just fill in the domain name and hit go.
To check other kinds of information, like MX records or whois information, just type mx: or whois: instead of a:
It's also possible to check MX and A records directly from the context menu.

Changelog:

Version 1.4:
- Added options to context menu in Chrome. Right now only for A and MX record (assuming those are most frequently used).

Version 1.3:
- On request added focus on input field when opening popup

Version 1.2:
- Solved problems with JS files, not loaded due to security settings.
- fixed icons (added more sizes).

Version 1.1.2:
- Renamed icon.

Version 1.1.1:
- Issue with manifest file, unable to update or install extension.

Version 1.1:
- Ability to choose record from select list
- Select MX, A, TXT, SPF, SMTP, WHOIS, Blacklist.
- Submit with enter key to save time

Version 1.0: release

What has inspired us?

Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. We get inspired by useful, open source extensions made by developers all over the world. Our strong belief is that one should share helpful add-ons with others. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
