Adds additional features to Chrome to move more quickly when in the ICMP & adds features to PaperCut necessary for Terrapin Works' operations.

• Modifies PaperCut's Web Cashier interface to support standardized data entry.

Google Chrome Omnibox
• Adds an Omnibox command to search the ICMP by request number.

• Type "ic" in the Omnibox and hit [TAB], then type the ICMP request number and hit [Enter].

Submit feature requests or issues via internal Slack to the Terrapin Works Software Team.
