Features
LIST VIEW - Search and display all the properties in your PM portfolio. Sorted by recent activity.
INFO - Shows the property address card, property manager (if there is an assigned one) card, property’s owner card, a tags card and others. You can message or call the property manager directly.
INBOX - Activity Inbox showing all notes posted for the property, organized by date. Add notes as you need, then share them with your team members.
PHOTOS - Shows all photos for the property. Add more from your camera roll or take new ones with your iPhone camera.
DOCS - Property documents (photos, images, PDF's, and Office files) are organized in folders. Touch on a folder to view the documents.
Properties for Apptimo is part of the PM (Property Management) services, and to use the app you need to be a registered user or sign-up for a new account to login.
