Drawing the user into the movement of time, through arcs of varying colors, Rotor Time attempts to be a fascinating and original desktop clock.
The style is influenced as much by screensavers as by old vector arcade games and conceptually similar polar clocks. The visualization is intentionally hypnotic, especially around the turn of an hour or minute.
Hours, minutes and seconds are represented by shades of green, blue and red respectively.
