Find the video you'd like to download and click on it to display it in theater mode. Then simply click the green download button.
Facebook Videos from Stories:
Click the green download button when viewing the story
Instagram Videos (including private):
Click the green download button that appears on videos in your feed, or click on a post and click the green download button that appears inside the popup window.
Instagram Videos from Stories:
Click the green download button that appears near the username at the top of the story.
