Overview
Sales, support and success teams have frontline access to customer feedback that they often find difficult to process, route and deliver to the product team. This valuable customer feedback often slips through the cracks between disconnected touch points and the product team never hears or sees these crucial pieces of information.

Roadmunk provides internal customer-facing teams with a simple, non-disruptive mechanism to deliver customer insights directly to the product team’s feedback inbox—a Chrome Extension.

The Chrome Extension is compatible with all browser-based tools, meaning that feedback can be copy / pasted into a dialog box from the below tools and delivered directly to Roadmunk:

-Email
-CRMs like Salesforce
-Support tools like Intercom and Zendesk

Roadmunk users with reviewer licenses can access the Chrome Extension to submit and assign feedback to a Product, ensuring that it’s delivered to the correct product manager(s).

How it works:

1. Highlight the feedback you want to capture
2. Right click
3. Select “send to Roadmunk”
4. Pick which product(s) you want to associate the feedback to
5. The feedback is now in the product team’s feedback inbox

Once feedback is collected:

In Roadmunk—the product team will be able to organize, filter and analyze customer feedback.

Customer feedback can be linked directly to ideas—providing product teams with a credible, reliable and documented process to make informed, customer-driven decisions about their product’s evolution.
