Bu eklenti CSV formatindaki sinav notlarinin hizli bir sekilde Namık Kemal Üniversitesi otomasyonuna girilmesini saglar.
CSV formatindaki dosyada sadece ogrenci numaralari ve not bilgisi bulunmalidir. Her satirdaki ilk deger ogrenci numarasi, ikinci deger ilgili ogrencinin notu olmalidir. Bu iki deger virgul veya noktali virgul ile ayrilmalidir.
Excel dosyalarini uygun fomata getirdikten sonra (sadece iki kolon iceren, ilk kolonda ogrenci numarasi bilgileri, ikinci kolonda not bilgileri bulunan bir tablo) Excel uzerinden tabloyu CSV formatinda kaydederek eklentinin kabul edebilecegi turde bir dosya elde edilebilir.
Ogrenci notu 0 ile 100 arasinda bir deger olmalidir. CSV dosyasinda ayni ogrenci icin birden fazla satir bulunursa, eklenti tarafindan ilgili ogrenci ile ilgili en asagidaki satirda yer alan ogrenci notu bilgisi dikkat alinir. Bu eklenti not sayfasinda yer alip, CSV dosyasinda yer almayan ogrencilerin sinav girmedigini varsayarak bu ogrencilerin not bilgilerini -1 (sinava girmedi) olarak gunceller.
Bu eklenti CSV dosyanizdaki bilgilerin dogru sekilde not giris sayfasina isleyeceginin garantisini vermez. Bu eklentiyi kullanarak not girisi yaptiktan sonra, kutucaklara islenen notlarin dogru notlar olup olmadigini kontrol etmeniz onerilir. Eklenti kaynakli yasanabilecek sorunlardan eklenti gelistiricisi sorumlu degildir.
Bu eklenti sadece Namık Kemal Üniversitesi E-Üniversite sisteminde kullanilabilir, baska universitelerin e-universite sistemleri icin uygun degildir.
