An extension with useful utilities for the Brave Browser. Currently only one such utility exists, and it is the Annoying New Tab Creation Blocker (ANT-CB).
I know it's not a majority of the internet, but there are occasionally sites that will make it so clicking on a seemingly normal button / link / or video will open up a new tab or window with an ad. This can sometimes happen 3 or 4 times before the site finally lets you click on what you were trying to click on, so I created the ANT-CB. Simply open the extension popup, and click "Activate Blocker". Now no new tabs or windows can be created in your browser. To turn it off, simply open the popup again and click "Deactivate Blocker".
If you only notice an occasional ANT then you can stick with turning the blocker on and off, but for sites infested with ANTs you can add them to the blacklist so the blocker will automatically activate when you visit any page on that site.

No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
