pause is a simple tool designed to let you know when to take a break.
Many people who do work on computers spend too much time in one sitting typing away. pause is here to encourage you to take breaks when you need to take a break. It automatically manages breaks and allows you to take action -- if it isn't a good time to take a break, the break can be postponed or skipped. pause can also be told to stop for a period of time if you need to work without interruptions.
pause is smart and pauses break timers when the user is away from the computer.
