A few simple enhancements for the Desire2Learn system.
* Allows hiding of grades on the Grade entry pages. This is especially helpful when you need to discuss grades with a student, but the first page show in D2L is *everyone's* grades.
* Allows highlighting of empty fields in tables. Great for finding missing grades.
* Allows hiding of correctly answered questions when grading quizzes. Helps with going over what a student missed on a quiz.
* Adds an option to easily copy student names and grades from the Final Grades grade item. Useful for posting to the school's official grade system, such as Banner.
* Adds a feature that inverts your checkbox selection. Helpful when you want to perform an operation on one set of students, such as emailing or assigning a grade. Then, when you want to do something different to the all the unselected students, you invert the selection of check boxes.
Bug fixes/Enhancements:
v2.1 - Added hiding of grades in the Grades tables.
v2.0 - Moved all functionality to a small panel in the top-right corner of the page. Fixed various things broken by D2L.
v1.5 - D2L changed an element ID which broke the highlighting feature in the grade book when viewing by user. I threw in a quick hack to fix it. I'm looking for a better long term solution to prevent this from happening again later.
v1.4 - D2L removed the functionality to show/hide questions in quizzes, which broke my feature of hiding correctly answered questions. This has been fixed via a check box on the "Grade Attempt" page for quizzes.
v1.3 - Added highlighting of zeros in the grade book. Fixed bug where "highlight empty fields" checkbox was appearing everywhere.
v1.2 - Added highlighting of empty fields in the grade book.
v1.1 - Added "final grades" export text box.
v1.0 - Collapses correctly answered questions in quizzes.
