BLOCK all images BEFORE they are sent to your browser giving you the FASTEST browsing experience without images. Perfect for those who have a limited data allowance or just want a faster web browsing.
Click the icon or right click and select from the "Turn Images OFF" menu option to activate.
Other extensions can just turn images off in your browser settings, but they are still downloaded. This one actively blocks ALL images before they even sent to your web browser so they are not even downloaded. Hence a far faster browsing experience and less data transferred.
Note: This extension is also works on dynamically loading pages. For example Facebook, blocking additional images that would normally appear as the you scroll down your feed.
"Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT"
If you look in your browser console or network tab, you will see lots of red messages like the one above.
This is normal.
This is because when enabled, this extension actively BLOCKS any requests for the images and the browser is letting you know that it was unable to receive the image because of this.
You can just ignore these messages.
