Deus EX Human Revolution chrome theme. New tab background is from the DXHR concept art. The Frame, Toolbar, and Tab background is from "Elegant Themes Blog"'s "20 Stunning Background Images To Use In Your WordPress Website, For Free!", although their brightness, orientation, saturation, hue and contrast have been modified.
The theme was first created at the creator Themebeta.com, and then modified manually.
There seems to be an issue with a white bar at the New Tab Page bar at higher resolutions, I'll see what I can do.
