Read Up makes it fast, easy, and free for parents and teachers to find books that match a young reader's reading level. As you browse book web pages, Read Up automatically looks up reading level data and displays that data directly on the web page you're viewing -- saving you a LOT of clicks.
Whether you're a parent looking for books for your child, or a teacher selecting for books for your students, Read Up will make that process WAY more efficient.
SUPPORTED READING LEVEL SYSTEMS
Read Up currently displays the three major reading level systems and quiz points values, as well as the grade level equivalent, the book's word count (not page count, which can be deceiving with children's books!), and more. We welcome your suggestions on other information that you use in your classroom or family to determine whether a book is a good fit for your kids. Extore is a team of professionals who are passionate about creating extensions for web browsers. This devotion also gives us opportunity to appreciate work of other people. That’s why we’d like to present you our ever-growing list of favourite extensions that have inspired us. Moreover, as you probably have already learned, sometimes struggling for the best brings an end to the good. Talking about add-ons it often turns out that an upgrade is worse then previous version. Also it can become really tricky to get back to the beloved version of your favourite extension. That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
