"KLET PREVODA4" is a Chrome extension, special dedicated to the users of the facebook group "KLETA MAJKA BALGARIQ". It will simple transliterate all cyrillic text on webpage to uppercase, latin text. The purpose of the the extension is just a joke.
Just right click on web page and select "PREWEDI WE" and the magic happens.
