The extension adds shortcuts to dictionary sites for saving vocabulary examples to a Google Sheet. When you have added the vocabulary examples to a Google Sheet, you can use "Vocabulary 90" Google Sheet add-on (https://gsuite.google.com/marketplace/app/vocabulary_90/637385062408) to automate the learning process.
