To uninstall mem-tree:
Go to accounts.google.com. Click Security. Click Edit next to Authorizing applications and sites. Click Revoke Access next to the app that you wish to not allow access to.
To uninstall from Google Drive:
From the settings menu, select Manage apps.
Find the app in the list and click the Options button.
Select Remove this app
