Dark mode for Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud

Jira is so far finished as I haven't ran into any new bugs.

Confluence is a constant struggle as I had to make the entire div transparent and then change every single element. Most are done, but I keep finding new bugs. They also keep changing and updating the website as a whole.

Current Build: v2.1

Known Bugs:
Some older Edit Pages are still showing white backgrounds. Trying to find a fix for them.

They changed the buttons up top again making them white. Changed them to #444.

I think I've ironed out almost all the bugs (that I have access to as a Support Desk user) I can see.

Fixed more bugs with hovering and element value changes by Atlassian.

Atlassian decided to just change a bunch of values for things so I did a quick fix for a bunch of stuff.

Confluence Fixes

Fixed the spacing on Page Preview Titles being sunk below the Description if the title was too long.
Fixed the spacing on Drop Down menus having way too much padding.
Fixed Page Title text color on the Following/Popular section on the Home page to be #fff.
Fixed Calendar padding error on Home page.
