Возможны следующие режимы:
1. Расчет досрочного платежа с измененеием суммы
2. Расчет досрочного платежа с уменьшением срока займа(программа сама производит вычисление нового срока займа)
3. Расчет повторяющихся досрочных погашений(ежемесячно досрочное погашение)
4. Расчет ипотеки с долевым участием - когда ставка до вступления в собственность и после различна.
5. Учет комиссий и страховки в общей стоимости кредита
6. Построение графика платежей и учет выходных на нем
7. Вычисление возможноного налогового вычета по ипотеке
8. Экспорт результатов расчета в Excel 2003
