Auto refresh one or more tabs by clicking the extension's icon and selecting Auto Refresh in the context menu. Change the refresh interval via the Options menu item in the context menu.
When the refresh interval is changed, all tabs that have the Auto Refreshed already checked are refreshed and the new interval is set. Checking Auto Refresh on a different tab will use the new interval.
