特徴：

・カラーサークルはHSL・HSV形式に対応
・取得した色の表示形式はHexRGB・RGB・HSL・HSVに対応
・設定から起動時のカラーサークル・色の表示形式を変更可能
動作方法：
1. カラーピッカーを動作させたいタブを開き、拡張機能のアイコンをクリック
2. webページ上でマウスを動かすと、マウスの指すピクセルに対応してカラーピッカーの座標がwebページの左上のポップアップに表示されます。
画面内の任意の場所で左クリックを一度押すことでピクセルの情報が固定され、左上のポップアップからカラーサークルや色の表示形式を変更することができます。
また、この状態で拡大鏡の×を押すことで拡張機能を終了することができます。
また、ポップアップと拡大鏡以外の場所を左クリックすることで、固定が解除されます。
固定中であってもなくても、Escキーを押すことで拡張機能を終了することができます。
