This extension creates an alert bar that gets injected into the pages that have a URL matching the pattern you've specified on the settings page of the extension.
You would want to use this extension if, for example, you find yourself working with websites on which you need to exercise caution (for example, if you have access to production website and need a reminder to be careful).
