Pivo Present is designed to be used in the following situations:

- User must download both the Pivo Present Chrome extension and the Pivo Present mobile app.
- User must have a Pivo Pod and a Pivo Account to sign into the Pivo Present mobile app.
- User must have a smartphone to connect to a Pivo Pod via bluetooth.
- Using the Pivo Present app, the user should pair their smartphone with the QR code in the Pivo Present Chrome extension.
- For remote control commands, the user must use the Remote Control that comes with their Pivo Pod.
