It is an extension developed to revive the "Discuss" button which disappeared from the navigation bar at the top of Scratch's website.
You can switch display / non-display for each button, and it supports multiple languages.
Also supports sorting of buttons.
You can also use it as a substitute for the "Discuss" button within Scratch's site.
