ytBlockr extends Youtube's UI to allow blocking users, channels, titles or single videos. It also allows blocking obvious troll videos e.g. videos that only last 1 or 2 seconds (configurable).

Sadly not all videos can be blocked. Since this extension uses Youtube's built in features it is very reliable but fails with content that is updated manually (e.g. load more on scroll to bottom ) due to missing events.
