GOLD is the online course catalog and registration website for UCSB students and... it kinda sucks.
Information is segmented between different pages which makes it hard to plan schedules for the present and the future. We wanted to change that.
Right now, Gold 2.0 takes the information about a class, usually split between different pages, and displays it all on the list of classes. This makes viewing information about a class faster and easier, as well as allows you to compare GE requirements, pre-requisites, or course descriptions between any two classes without ever leaving the class list you were looking at.
We have a lot of plans for future updates to Gold 2.0, so stay tuned for more in the future.
Gold 2.0 installs quickly, and once installed requires no change in how you use Gold, everything handles itself, just enjoy the benefits!

That’s why we’re going to make not only the latest, but all versions of our favourite (and we hope yours too) add-ons available for download. No more compromises, just stick to the version you really like!
