A visual fix for the graphic display when using either "Moncton Flight College - YFC Talon Mods" or "Moncton Flight College - YQM Talon Mods"

Adds the ability to enter the hour and minutes for when the Evening Twilight will occur and the hour and minutes for when the weather will expect to deteriorate. From there, a change will occur on the Talon Ops Graphical page time headers at the time night or bad weather will occur based on the user's input.
Also removes activities that have been "Ramped In", may require a page refresh for the change to take effect, this can be done by pressing the refresh button on the Browser, or by pressing the "filter" button on the web page.
