Go to one of your actitivty on Strava's website and click on Fitix icon once the page is loaded. You'll get global statistics about your workout.
If you specified running intervals in your workout's title, you'll get statistics on your laps or splits.
To define your training, you can set distances (in meters), durations (in minutes and seconds) and repetitions (2x200m/45"). All parts are separated by an hyphen (-).
Examples :
10x1000m
15'-1000m-3'-1000m-10'
10'-6x300m/45"-3'-6x300m/45"-5'
