Alma guides you through a short test to get insights about any chatbot in Facebook Messenger and Telegram.
HOW TO USE
1- Install the chrome extension.
2- Go to any chatbot in Messenger.com or web.telegram.org
3- Click on the Chatbottest icon on the navigation bar. It will make appear Alma in the right side of your browser.
4- Follow the steps given by Alma :)
All the instructions and questions contained in Alma will help you run a short heuristic evaluation.
With its help, you will be able to find out normal problems your users will deal with. The Alma result and its radar visualization will give you an overview of your chatbot's performance and the different areas of improvement.
