Bloks is more than a note-taking app. It’s a personal knowledge base that helps you intelligently capture, organize, and surface everything you want to remember—from meeting notes and important thoughts to interactions with people, companies, and potential customers.

Here's how it works:

The Timeline
- This is a list of all your recent notes, pages, and events
- At the top, you'll see a carousel of all your daily meetings
- Click on the compose icon to create a note and associate it with an event
- Tap the video icon to hop on a call

Notes
- Click the compose icon to write a note
- Use @mentions to associate notes with any new or existing event, company, or people page
- Add #hashtags to create topic pages and categorize your notes for easy searching

Pages
- #hashtags, @mentions, and events automatically create dedicated pages
- Use #hashtags and @mentions to associate notes with specific pages
- Pages automatically aggregate information—like notes, emails, events, and/or people—and associates them with the relevant topic, company, person, or event

People
- @mention someone in a note to create a people page
- Tag them in notes to associate them with a people page
- Click their name to view notes that mention them, their contact info, and other relevant insights

Search
- Use the search bar to find what you're looking for
- Enter names, hashtags, or words to bring up specific notes or pages

Note: Bloks is currently only available to Google account users. Sign-up and authentication requires permissions for Google calendar and contact read-access in order to provide our services.
