This extension changes your new tab page into a tree planting dashboard that lets you plant trees while you browse online.

You help fight global warming with OurForest in two main ways:

Option 1 – Passively plant trees every time you open a new tab page. We'll show advertisements from a curated list, helping you discover sustainable businesses, and use the revenue we make to fund reforestation projects.

Option 2 – Shop at sustainable businesses. If you make a purchase from one of our partnered stores, you’ll be rewarded trees for supporting an eco-friendly company!

The OurForest community has planted thousands of trees in Nepal, Madagascar, South East Asia, and Kenya, as well as many other biodiversity hotspots. We work with Eden Reforestation Projects to employ local communities that plant trees where they're needed most. We protect and nurture our plant sites over time so we can ensure the best chance of survival for our forests. This maximizes the carbon sequestration of our trees, and provides sustainable long-term employment to people in impoverished areas.
