We started our journey in property investing nearly a decade ago. We did a range of property investment deals and found the vast majority of our property deals on Rightmove. That's right, Rightmove by far the best place to go for great property deals. You just have to know what to look for.

In those days, we would spend hours and days looking at properties on Rightmove. We'd diligently look at all the property data information on the property listings, enter the numbers into our spreadsheet property listing analyzers looking to see if it was in the right ball back for target return and our criteria.

We wanted to reduce the effort involved with sifting through Rightmove property data to help us more quickly to find properties that might work, a kind of pre-sift.

Once we found an interesting Rightmove property, we wanted all the key information calculated. Then if it still looked really interesting, be able to tweak the numbers to ensure it really did work as a potential deal, before calling the agent.

One of the questions we get asked is "do I need to uninstall the other tools that I use with Rightmove?" The answer is no. BrickPal works alongside other Rightmove tools. We have tested the following extensions so far:

Property Tracker is a great Rightmove extension. It adds a discrete icon to the Rightmove property page that shows price changes. Helpful for understanding the motivation of the vendor as prices drop over time.

(2) Property Log
Super extension. Property Log mimics the functionality of Property Bee by showing you property price changes on the Rightmove property page.

(3) Property Bee
Those of you who have been working in Property will remember Property Bee. It isn't available anymore. It was one of the first tools that worked with Rightmove to show you property price reductions and was the inspiration for Property Tracker and Property Log.
