Click on the button to open the search pop-up, enter you search term(s), validate and, in a new page, it will process your search in the specific Wikipedia of each of the selected languages in separate tabs.
For an even more ergonomic operation you can simply use the keyword 'mlw' in your browser's search bar, press space and enter your search terms, in this case you can even hide the extension's button to free some space for other extensions. Use the options page to enable or disable any of the 45 available different languages Wikipedia.
