This is an updated Monokai theme using Zero Base Themes as a starting point. It's been refactored and updated to not cause the recent perf issues we've seen with Chrome 69+.

Getting Started
1. Chrome/Chromebook: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/devtools-theme-monokai-tk/apaajnakngeokmggmnpcfilmmegiakdi
2. chrome://flags > Developer Tools experiments > Enabled
3. Inspect(right) > DevTools(...) > Settings (cog icon or Shift+?) > Experiments > Allow custom UI themes
4. Close and reopen the DevTools.
