Description

Groups Directory lets your users easily find Groups & groups members.
- If you search for a group, you'll see all its members
- If you search for a user / profile, you'll see all groups he belongs to.
- You can also list all groups on the domain (and see your role on each group you belong to)

Can't find a specific group? Check your group settings! We only display the groups you are allowed to see. If settings for a group are set so people on the domain can't find it or can't view its members, it has effects on Groups Directory.

Need to manage a lot of groups? Groups Directory lets you edit basic groups settings & add / remove members. It's much more user friendly than the standard UI provided by Google to edit groups settings.

Once you have installed this tool, you will have to wait a few minutes before being able to use it as a sync process is needed (to offer features like autocomplete in the search bar and to be sure we display only the groups the current user is allowed to see). If you have LOTS of groups on your domain (thousands), the first sync might take a few hours due to APIs restrictions.

Note that due to restrictions on APIs this app is not compatible with Google Apps FREE edition.
You need Google Apps for Work, Education or Government and the Groups for Business service activated on your domain.
