This is an official plugin for Postfity application.
After installation, click on Postfity button on any website. Window with automatically filled content will open. You can edit post content it or leave it as is, and then you can schedule it or add to posts queue or publish immediatelly.
You can do these actions to either single or multiple social profiles at the same time.
