+ Extension là cầu nối để chuyển dữ liệu hồ sơ từ trên websites xuống phần mềm ký số trên máy khách hàng
+ Khi phần mềm ký số đã ký thành công hồ sơ sẽ qua extension đẩy dữ liệu lên websites
+ Websites xử lý dữ liệu, đẩy theo chuẩn kết nối bhxh sau đó gửi hồ sơ lên BHXH
- Hiện tại vBHXH của Tập đoàn Công nghiệp- Viễn thông quân đội Viettel đang có hơn 100.000 khách hàng đang dùng bản application và mục đích chuyển dần tất cả khách hàng này lên hệ thống kê khai Bảo hiểm xã hội trực tuyến online vBHXH (phiên bản web) để trải nghiệm của khách hàng tốt hơn.
- Hệ thống kê khai Bảo hiểm xã hội trực tuyến online vBHXH được xây dựng với mục đích hỗ trợ khách hàng ký số gửi hồ sơ lên Bảo hiểm xã hội Việt Nam thay vì phải gửi thủ công theo đường bưu điện hoặc nộp trực tiếp tại cơ quan bảo hiểm quản lý. Các bộ thủ tục đang gửi đi gồm
