We all browse YouTube on a fairly if not extremely regular basis. We sometimes wonder into the deep dark parts of YouTube and often click on a thumbnail thinking it's a video that's truly "Related", only to find it has about 5,000 dislikes, and is some awful home-made video.
YouTube True Ratings, will surface the green and red like / dislike graphic - as you will find underneath the videos. Additionally, on mouse over, it will show you the total amount of likes and dislikes a video has, using live data.

Known Limitations:
1) Keep in mind that the YouTube API has some quota restrictions, therefore after excessive usage, the ratings may start to not show. They definitely do come back though!
2) I have not added these to the primary search results, because YouTube already does this (next to view count it will have a percentage in green or red)
