Very simple Black Aero Theme with good contrast on tabs. Background tabs are transparent gray with back in focus tabs.
NOTE: In a recent update chrome changed something so the top tabs may not look how you want them to on different OS's. ChromeOS and OSX seem to have some of the odder looks now, but you might be happy switching between this theme and the other linked below. I will be working to resolve these issues/build an additional theme that resolves the issues once i can figure out that that issue is :D
Note: Due to many requests (and by many I mean like 3) i will make a few more versions of this theme with different Tab colors and what not.
