Allow switching the Offline Mode on and off quickly, just click the switcher.
This feature is similar to Firefox's Work Offline. Technically, this is done by setting Chrome proxy point to an non-existing destination.
It may not be working well with some other proxy extension, e.g. Foxy Proxy or Chrome Proxy.
