Locker uses military grade, AES 256 bit encryption with two-factor authentication to secure your passwords.
Here's how it works. With Locker, password information can only be accessed on your computer when both a secure key AND the Locker password management app is present. If either one of these elements is missing no password information can be accessed.
This means that if your computer's hard disc crashes, or worse yet, someone steals your laptop, your passwords are protected because you have the key - the business end of the "two-factor" authentication method.
